Concert is a partner specialized in the implementation of Microsoft information systems and software, starting from the Dynamics 365 suite, which includes ERP, CRM, Retail and human capital management in the company, up to products such as Business Intelligence, IoT, Cortana Intelligence, Office 365.
In the Microsoft on-cloud ERP, Concert has implemented the first installation in the world on the new platform, Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, setting itself as a precursor and accumulating an exclusive intellectual capital. This experience was then reused in other successful on-cloud ERP projects.
The main reference industries for Concert are Manufacturing, discrete or continuous and to contract, and Fashion & Retail. In the first area, Concert is a unique interlocutor for the management of software within the factory; in the second, the management of information systems reaches the points of sale with the cash desk/POS management.
On both the ERP and CRM side, Concert has consolidated knowledge on Industry verticalizations, developed by ISV local or international.
The management of implementation projects follows recognized methodologies such as Microsoft SureStep and privileges the Agile philosophy with the implementation of the CRP (Conference Room Pilot). The use of standard and international methods is a guarantee of quality and repeatability.
The Concert team is able to manage national and international projects, both directly and through a network of consolidated foreign partners.
Downstream of the go-live, the information systems and their management enter in the Customer Care phase, a service created to support the quality of the customer information systems in the continuity of operations and with a view to continuous improvement. The goal of our post project services is to evolve the experience of using the implemented ERP system towards new horizons and functionalities, in the maintenance guarantee of an effective and efficient daily business.
Customer Care has a dedicated and independent structure, with skills that cover all the company areas: this guarantees to Customers the security of a garrison and the continuity of the support.
Customers have at their disposal a ticketing tool to track and monitor all types of requirements.
The service is provided in compliance with a Service Level Agreement and is classified as maintenance (product malfunctions, with the possibility of access to Microsoft support), assistance (product configuration, how to use, training, application and technical consulting, installation of updates … ), development (change request, interfaces, …) and projects (less than 30 days, such as content revamping, performance review, BI support, …).
The Customer Care Team also deals with the study and implementation of new regulatory features released by Microsoft both Italian and foreign.
The service is extended internationally and is managed in Italian, English, German and Spanish.
Application Maintenance includes project extensions, such as roll-out of subsidiary companies, development of new features or reporting, activation of modules or additional software components and training activities.
Concert has a team of functional and technical consultants dedicated exclusively to this area, coordinated by an ad-hoc structure.
